On the 5th of July 2021, I was exposed to a COVID positive case. He was a symptomatic and we were sparking on a big studio production. Some of my team was there and we even had my agency and clients there too. We had meetings, rehearsals, tests and had an impromptu PPM till 2 in the morning.

A week later, we then found out that the contact was COVID positive and that we had to go into quarantine. 6 of us from my team and 5 from the agency and another 3 clients. The studio had about 26 in quarantine. It was a mad rush to get things in order, get PCRed, ARTed. And not to mention all the terrible inconveniences to our kids and families who had to be turned away at school or at work.

The upside was that we would only need to be in hotel quarantine for less than 5 days. To be released two weeks to the day that we were exposed for the incubation period.

Before they picked us up, we all had an entry PCR test and was told we would have to submit our temperature three times a day, everyday via an app (That sucks phone batteries). Then before we leave, we would have an exit PCR test again.
